I started version 1.0 of this product years ago while I was in graduate school for physical therapy.

While in school, I was trying to figure out ways to help my patients who were done with physical therapy but wanted to get back to working out and training more consistently. This is the product I wish that

This product is the culmination of years of work and massive upgrades. I started with the most basic of Excel spreadsheets back when I first made the program. Over the years while using it with patients, it has evolved. I’ve used feedback from patients and real time feedback from my social media to handcraft a better program.

When I first released version 2.0, I got great feedback on RehabToTrain. I’m biased obviously, but it seemed to go over well. The common feedback I got was that it wasn’t optimized for mobile, which was where all my clients were logging their workout plans. So I went back to the drawing board, and completely redesigned the ENTIRE look of the program while keeping the exercises and programming intact. My goal for the next version was to make sure that it was mobile optimized and easy to use while at the gym or at home.

And it was a success – clients really enjoyed the mobile version! I then took my design and did some polling on my Instagram and Facebook. Based on the most popular designs from A/B split testing, I then changed the color scheme to reflect a more neutral, easy to read coloring. And increased font size and text orientation to make it even easier to view on mobile.

My point in telling you all this is that the program has evolved over the years, and continues to get better. I take your feedback very seriously, and am constantly looking for ways to make it better.
