And the average person goes to Physical Therapy 2x per week for 6 weeks.
The costs add up.
Here's the problem: Not everyone has access to QUALITY Physical Therapists, coaches, or trainers.
And those that do, may not be able to afford it in.
Here's the reality: I work with clients every day one on one in my office and gym. And I understand it's expensive. (My clients usually only see me 1x per week by the way.)
In my opinion, high quality one on one time with a Physical Therapist is not something that can simply be replaced.
However, for those that are limited by: cost, location, time, or any other barrier - there really aren't great solutions out there.
Sure, you can buy some cookie cutter program. You'll try it for a week or two and move on because it really wasn't that good.
Or, you can be like a lot of people and just ignore it (not recommended).

With the amount of hours I put into this program, each sale roughly gives me a payment of .01 cents per hour.
I've never seen an autonomous Rehab guide that does all the above, includes a 17 week training plan, tracks everything, and is mobile optimized.
With all of those things, I could (and may in the future) increase the price.
But as is now, my goal is to get this out to a large audience. Because I believe it has the capacity to really help people rehab, and get back to being active.
