Beginner Rehab - Low Back Edition
Welcome to the Beginner Rehab Series!
This FREE program has movements and "rehab" exercises for the low back.
The program itself meets and exceeds the Physical Activity Guidelines for Americans (2018). It combines a two time a week resistance training program with a fully autonomous rehab section.
The program is created on Google Sheets, and is mobile optimized so that you can simply use your smartphone to track and perform your training.
The program includes video links to all the rehab exercises, with ideas for substitutions and modifications.
The template is ideal for those who are new to resistance training and don't know where to start. It's a great place to start, and it's focused on meeting the resistance training and cardiovascular recommendations outlined in the Physical Activity Guidelines.
